Students, get a clue! It’s your turn to be amazing food detectives and discover the clues about healthy eating and physical activity. There are lots of ways to learn more and remind yourself how to keep you body running strong – so that you will have more energy for the things you like to do. Here are just a few ideas:

All junior food detectives will get secret training on how to eat right and exercise. You can investigate fun games like Whack A Snack, Soccer, and Zap the TV. Plus, you can print out classified clues on ways to be healthy, then share them with your parents, teachers, and pals.
