ETP Performance Booking Request Form

Please complete this form in order to book a performance at your school. We will contact you within two business days to confirm your booking.

Performance Details

Travel time between venues and other factors may affect booking availability.
Performances are booked Tuesdays-Fridays.
The actors need one hour to set up and a half hour to pack up after the performance.
"Texting the Sun" run time is approximately 55 minutes.
This performance is designed for grades 6-8.

Because we offer our programs for free, it's important for us to maximize our resources by performing for as many grades in the appropriate age range as possible when we visit your school. We're happy to do multiple performances during our visit to make this possible.

We will make every effort to schedule your performance at the time of your choosing. If we are unable to perform at your preferred time and date, you will be contacted by ETP staff to set a time that works for your school.

Driving Directions

Please provide directions to your school to assure that we arrive at your school on time. MapQuest and other internet direction sources are not always accurate. Please be specific and use Right and Left when describing turns, rather than north, south, etc. Our cast will be traveling from Downtown Portland.
